Consignment Policy
We accept Home Decor, Furniture, Gift Items, Toys and Children’s Items, Holiday Décor, some Jewelry, Framed Pictures and Art Work, Antiques, Unique Lamps, some Dishes and unusual Glassware. No Clothing Please! We do set appointments to take in items and it is usually Tuesdays but the schedule of the owners, Frank and Shirleymae Conte may very. We do a 50/50 split and after the items sell you receive a check in the mail. We put the lowest amount you will accept in the file and if an offer takes it below that then we call you and you have the option of accepting the offer or rejecting the offer! If there are any items that do not sell after 45 days you have the option of picking up the item, reducing the item, or donating the item. The items must be clean and in a condition you yourself would purchase.
